Academic Assistance

Attention to individual needs is inherent in a program that provides small class sizes, teacher tutorials or one-on-one tutoring. Our Learning Needs Coordinator assists students making a transition from their home school to GMVS and provides additional support when necessary. Students are guided in the acquisition of study skills through periodic workshops and teacher reinforcement and advisor counseling.  Students attend study hall during the day where additional academic assistance is available.
