Residential Students

Residential life at GMVS provides a healthy, supportive environment for boarding students in four buildings – Clark House, Witch’s Hat, Poundcake and the New Dorm. Dorm parents strive to create a close-knit family within each dorm. They supervise the day-to-day activities and act as advisors to students within the house. Evening quiet times during the school week are observed to create an environment conducive to productive study and sleep. Though meal times are regularly scheduled during the week, our creative cooks vary the eating plan on weekends. They may have international theme nights, arrange for Sunday night sundaes, offer brunch or, if most students are away racing, allow those on campus to choose a meal.
