Campaign for the 5th Decade

The Campaign for the 5th Decade was launched in November of 2011 and has raised $3 million as of December 12, 2012.

Money raised in the campaign supports the following initiatives vital to GMVS' success:

Faculty

Support, recruit and retain outstanding faculty by improving compensation and professional development funding. ($500,000)

Facilities

Renovate the two older dormitories.
Convert the Art Building into a multi-use academic and arts center. ($250,000)

Race Arena

Improve the Alpine Race and Training facilities in the Kelly Brush Race Arena with energy efficient snow making equipment and increase funding for the arena’s maintenance and operation. ($500,000)

Endowment

Double the current endowment from $750,000 to $1.5 million which will vastly improve the school’s ability to fund key educational and athletic programs. ($750,000)
