Sara Kikut top J2 in Val St. Come, Quebec

In Val St. Come, Quebec, the eastern FIS season kicked off with a couple of high-caliber slalom races. Most of the top collegiate programs were there to tune up for the season, but on Day 1 it was GMVS’ own junior  Sara Kikut who was the story, jumping over 30 places to finish 5th. Sara was the top junior racer, and behind her was the ‘Old Guard’, featuring  UNH racers Aliza Aylward ‘06 (8th) and Cynthia Tessier ‘06, as well as Natacha Lefebvre‘09, racing for Université de Montréal, who was 11th.
