2009 Musical Grease highlights the Fall Calendar

The Green Mountain Valley School's production of Grease highlighted the fall calendar.  Directed by Dave Gavett, the students of GMVS performed magnificently in the musical production of Grease.  The 40 member cast performed such classic hits as "Summer Nights", "Greased Lightning" and "You're the one that I want."

Work on the show began last spring with the initial casting and rehearsals. Production began on the first day of school and  rehearsals occurred throughout the fall with intermittant breaks for soccer games and ski travel.  Towards the middle of October, the set was constructed, the lights and sound equipment were installed and the final pieces came together to create a memorable show.
